# Document organization

On the far left, you'll find a sidebar providing a quick overview of all the documents and videos you've annotated, sorted by course ("space").

You can also create new "spaces" to modify the organization or add your own documents and resources.

## Move or rename a document

To move or rename a document, simply click on the 3 small vertical dots to the right of the document.
