Installation guide for Amanote on Blackboard Original.

1. Create the REST API Integration

First, you need to create a new REST API integration for Amanote.

• Navigate to REST API Integration (Administrator Tools > Integrations > REST API Integrations).

• Click on Create Integration.

Enter the following configuration.

Configuration	Value
Application ID	1936f944-4760-48d2-ae1b-c76855b9859e
Learn User	administrator
End User Access	Yes
Authorized To Act As User	Yes

You can also create a new Amanote user and select this new user instead of using the administrator user.

2. Configure Cross-Origin Resource Sharing

1. Administrator Panel > Cross-Origin Resource Sharing > Create Configuration

2. Fill in the form as follows

Allowed Headers	*
Available	Yes

3. Install the Amanote plugin

Blackboard Ultra	Download link
Blackboard Learn	Download link

Then install the plugin following those steps:

1. Administrator Panel > Building Blocks > Installed Tools > Upload Building Blocks

2. Select ama-amanote-x.x.war in your file system

3. Click on submit

4. Enable the plugin

1. Administrator Panel > Course Sengs > Course Tools

2. Set AVAILABILITY on "on" for Amanote and select New and existing courses in the “Apply changes to” dropdown
