Creating an Amanote account

First, let's take a look at how to create an Amanote account and access the application. Several scenarios are possible.

Your institution has an Amanote license

With integration into the course platform

In this case, all you have to do is go to your institution's course platform (LMS) and open any PDF file, and you'll be able to annotate it with Amanote.

Open a course material from my institution's platform

Without integration to the course platform

If your institution does not have an online course platform, or if Amanote is not automatically offered when you open a course material, then your institution may have a license without integration.

You can then create an account with your institutional email address and follow the tutorial to open a courseware from Amanote without integration.
